Delivering quality projects, BADGE Constructions are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial construction projects valued $10m to $100m across various sectors.
As a Project Manager with BADGE, you will have the opportunity to take the full ownership of the various projects. Joining our team puts you at the centre of our mission to be Contractor of Choice - and we uphold that by working hard with our clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver outstanding projects.
Leading a site based team of construction staff, you need to be a motivated individual with outstanding leadership capabilities and industry knowledge. You must also be able to demonstrate your experience in:
- Autonomous delivery of construct only and/or design and construct commercial building projects;
- Leading and managing teams of construction professionals including mentoring, training and performance management;
- Outstanding stakeholder management and client focus;
- An understanding of Building methodologies and current industry best practice;
- Programming skills utilising MS Project;
- Understanding of current QHSE Act and Legislation;
- Quality management and continuous improvement practices and processes;
- Monthly commercial reporting, progress claims and variations;
- Effective implementation and knowledge of AS Form of Contracts;
- Negotiation and dispute resolution skills;
- Working within externally and FSC accredited systems;
- Defence project experience highly regarded
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar is required as is the ability to operate Microsoft Project. A legal entitlement to work in Australia is essential and gain baseline security clearance.
