About the Role:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our customer Membership Project and Products initiatives. This is a pivotal role in driving the multi-year transformation of our membership model, improving corporate self-service options, enhancing data capabilities, and uplifting our campaign strategies. You will be at the forefront of shaping the future of our services, ensuring an optimal online experience for our members, and delivering top-notch services to our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and monitoring of the membership model changes.
- Drive the design and development phase for corporate self-service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Rewards, Technology, vendor support, and the business team.
- Navigate organizational complexities and provide timely, successful delivery into operation.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, PPT, and Excel to oversee project progress.
- Foster a positive team culture, ensuring open communication, honesty, and a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in membership models or related fields.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, PPT, Excel).
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adhere to on-site requirements.
- No travel requirement, but must be based within commuting distance to the Mascot campus.
