As the Project Manager of the Workplace Technology Collaboration Team, initially you’ll be contributing to the global collaboration project portfolio, deploying the latest available technologies around the world.
You will work closely with the real estate, facilities, network, risk, procurement and legal teams as well as vendors and suppliers to determine scope, track and manage multiple streams of work.

- Extensive experience working on large real estate-related IT projects, ideally with most of that focussed on Workplace Technologies
- Experience managing IT/AV fit out of large new or refreshed office spaces
- A keen interest in workplace collaboration tools and services including network infrastructure, wifi, smart building, and customised audio visual solutions
- Solid understanding of vendor selection and management, procurement, contractual and commercial negotiation.
- Familiarity with PM tools like Jira and Confluence
- Strong awareness of security, risk and compliance practices
- A track record of delivering world-class customer experiences
- Experience deploying Video conferencing technologies including Zoom, Zoom Rooms, training rooms, town hall spaces, recording studios and production services, digital signage and other audio/visual solutions
