About us:
Howden was founded in 1994 in the UK by "three guys and a dog" (it's a long story...), and a bunch of ambition. Today, we are one of the world's leading providers of brokerage, risk consulting and employee benefits advice, based in 45 countries with over 11,000 employees.
Howden launched into the Australian and New Zealand market in early 2021 and in less than 3 years we've grown from humble beginnings to a business of over 400 employees in eleven locations, with significant plans to grow well beyond this.
