About the role - Ongoing, Full time
Band 4 ($66,373 to $85,403)
Provide high quality project support across all business units through project coordination, administration, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide comprehensive project support to Executive Team and Manager Engineering & Projects in line with Project Management Framework.
- Demonstrate adept technical writing skills for project documentation and business cases.
- Conduct data analysis for project and costing assessments using various sources.
- Assist in audit, compliance, and reporting tasks for external entities.
- Aid in project coordination, communication, and interdepartmental activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant certificate or diploma with relevant experience or lessor formal qualifications with substantial experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management principals experience in providing project support.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Understanding of public sector organisation and/ or water industry desirable.
