This is an “Open-Ended” Recruitment Pool Process which will remain open for shortlisting periodically over the year until 30 November 2024. The first round of shortlisting will commence on Friday, 19 January 2024. Applications submitted after this date will be assessed in the following round of shortlisting.

What is the role? There are a number of Level 5 and 6 Project roles for immediate filling, including positions for permanent and temporary appointments with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join the JTSI team to develop and implement strategies in project management and program management.

You will undertake complex analytical and research work with an understanding of strategic objectives, manage projects and have demonstrated success in delivering on objectives across a number of concurrent projects.

In these roles you will manage and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategic projects to achieve outcomes and support delivery of JTSI’s priority projects.

The panel will monitor this recruitment pool process for applications and will shortlist regularly throughout the year.

  • Following shortlisting assessment of written applicants, potentially suitable applicants will be invited to attend an interview. The interview process will be a discussion about skills and experience related to the job requirements of the vacant roles as per the JDF.
  • Applicants will be provided questions ahead of the interview and may be requested to submit a video response prior to the interview.
  • Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
  • Appointments may be made from this pool until 30 November 2024.
