Project Officer

Eden Ritchie is seeking a Project Officer to coordinate the engagement of contractors to perform traffic surveys for internal clients, which will require you to provide technical advice relating to location, safety and compliance. You will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and team members, which enhance the timely and effective delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures.

• 35 month contract
• Buderim location

As the Project Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coordinate new traffic survey requests, including procurement processes.
• Minor contract management.
• Provide advice on accurate and quality survey requests and road data information.
• Coordinating Microsoft Outlook email inboxes (Traffic Surveys, Traffic Data) including email and folder structure housekeeping.
• Spreadsheet and database maintenance.
• Conducting the process of entering/maintenance of traffic data into corporate systems such as the Traffic Analysis Reporting System.
• Producing traffic composition reports from corporate systems and software programs to both internal and external customers.
• Attending infrequent site visits, appropriate PPE will be required and needs to be supplied by the Contractor/Supplier.
