About the Role
The role of the AO4 Project Officer is to:
* Design and create high-quality educational materials to support teachers and students.
* Desktop publish documents adhering to the Department's style and visual brand guidelines.
* Design templates to improve the layout and readability of digital and print documents.
* Edit, update and upload content to online platforms.
* Contribute to the development of quality assurance and publishing procedures.
* Undertake operational tasks that support the delivery of departmental initiatives.
* Use effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks, liaise with stakeholders and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality.
The ideal applicant will have:
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent knowledge of design and layout.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A good understanding of online publishing processes.
* The ability to manage time and multi-task to meet strict deadlines.
* The ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team.
* Enthusiasm and drive to produce quality work.
