As a valued member of the new Cultural Heritage Team, you will assist Land Trusts, Corporations and Registered Native Title Body Corporations (RNTBC) in the development and implementation of cultural heritage initiatives and strategies across both Terrestrial and Marine areas on Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal Land (CYPAL) parks.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have good written and verbal communication skills with experience in preparing briefings reports and correspondence
- Have strong skills in Project Management across all aspects: planning, coordinating, implementing and reporting
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to mentor and support your colleagues as required
- Effectively work in collaboration with other internal work groups, Traditional Owners, stakeholders and external agencies.
