The Strategy and Performance team supports schools and overseas students through a variety of programs, policy and procedures and professional development.
About the Role
As the AO4 Project Officer you will be responsible for:
- Contribute to the development of the EQI Roadshows in Term 1 and Term 3 each year.
- Organise the EQI Primary School Forum each Term.
- Coordinate the production of the ISP Newsletter each Term.
- Coordinate overseas student arrival and departure surveys and arrange Vision 6 communications.
- Organise CRICOS amendments and maintain the EQI Teamsite
- Make travel arrangements for Director and Strategy and Performance officers.
- Liaise and build rapport with key clients both internal and external to the department, inclusive of government officials, staff of overseas institutions, overseas representatives and students.
- Produce a range of correspondence, including reports, generic presentations and information packages to support education international engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice to Senior Project Officers and the Manager Strategy and Performance.
- Complete tasks and projects as outlined in the Annual Improvement Plan.
- Nurture and maintain productive relationships with schools.
- Engage in Professional Development Plans and activities.
- Be accountable for allocated tasks and projects.
