THE OPPORTUNITY
If you are as strategic thinker with excellent organisational skills, consider joining our team as a Project Officer in TAFE NSWs exciting and new Paid To Learn project as well as other Strategic Capability Projects.
This is a temporary full-time opportunity commencing immediately until January 2024 (with potential extension), and flexibility to work at any TAFE NSW campus locations.
Supporting our stakeholders, you will be responsible for the project planning and delivery of major teaching and learning projects ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to quality and regulatory expectations.
In addition to high level administration support, your new ideas will be welcomed to improve project processes, identify process gaps and challenge the status quo.
ABOUT YOU
You are a confident communicator with a high-level planning ability. Strategic thinking is a proven skill of yours and you are able to think outside the box along with the ability to face challenges head on. You will also have:
Essential Requirements
1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
2. Sound planning and analytical skills along with the ability to address specific challenges.
3. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description.
Highly Regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a vocational education setting
- Experience supporting event organisation
