Maxima's Recruitment Services are seeking a Part-time Project Officer for one of our clients.
About the Role
As a Project Officer, you will primarily engage in back-office tasks with occasional face-to-face customer interaction. Over the past two years, our clients have transitioned their operations into the digital realm, utilising tools such as Microsoft Forms and Planner Boards to automate and streamline their processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently managing day-to-day tasks, including applications, enrolments, and enquiries.
- Continuing the development and refinement of online forms, planner boards, BI reports, and automated flows.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and proficiency in data entry.
- Creating and managing MS Forms, Planner Boards, templates, reports, and flows.
- Crafting weekly newsletters using MS Word and publishing digital newsletters on our website.
- Overseeing enrolments through form submissions, planner boards, and email correspondence.
- Conducting outbound calls as required.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Software Stack, including Word, Excel, Forms, and Planner.
- Basic understanding and experience in PowerBI reporting to create basic reports and maintain them.
- Basic understanding and experience in Power Automate to create basic flows and maintain them.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence in handling digital tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills across face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.
