Project Officer Pool - Westport
Westport is a program which sits within the Transport Portfolio. It is the long-term project that is progressing Perth’s new, world-class port facility in Kwinana, which will unlock Western Australia’s economic growth, allow for the evolution of Fremantle, and deliver local jobs and opportunities in our southern suburbs.

The Opportunity
We are seeking to build a pool of highly driven Project Officers who are eager to contribute to the dynamic Westport Program.
In this role, you will conduct thorough investigations and analyses of issues related to the Westport project, with a focus on planning work streams and Support the Program Delivery Manager by assisting with reporting and other related requirements throughout the duration of the Westport project.
The successful applicants will have exceptional communications skills, including written and verbal communication, and attention to detail. You will be a confident, friendly and strong team player who strives in a fast-paced environment and embraces change and innovation.

About you
- Excellent written communication skills, capable of creating detailed summaries, reports, and various forms of correspondence.
- Proficient in researching, evaluating, and analysing data to aid in achieving project objectives.
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration across various business areas and with colleagues at all levels to support team objectives.
- Proven experience in coordinating administrative or project-related tasks, with a strong ability to prioritise workloads to meet project outcomes.
- well-developed organisational skills are to meet deadlines efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
