A new and exciting role exists for a passionate and innovative person to join CBS Inc. Corporate Service Team as a Project Officer. Including a corporate concierge service (CCSA), an art gallery, and two café’s, CBS Inc. Social Enterprise’s create meaningful employment opportunities for people with disability in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Social Enterprise Coordinator, the Project Officer will provide day to day support to key CBS Inc. Social Enterprise Projects, particularly our unique Community Concierge SA (CCSA) business.

About the Roles:
- Under the guidance of the Social Enterprise Coordinator, develop Social Enterprise Projects and collaborate with other staff to promote new opportunities for CBS Inc. participants.
- Provide guidance and support to Social Enterprise staff who are also clients of CBS Inc.
- Effectively facilitate the day-to-day operations and current projects of Social Enterprises eg. Community Concierge SA (CCSA).
- Organising rosters, evaluations and recruitment for Social Enterprise staff.
- Complete and assist with administrative tasks for the development of the projects.
- Contribute to new business development including involvement in planning meetings.
- Collate and maintain data to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Assist and develop tools and resources to deliver project activities as required.
- Ensure that activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and management.
- Work with participants to achieve positive outcomes such as employability skills, social skills, independence, personal development, improved quality of life and enjoyment in a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Encouraging the inclusion of people with a disability in all aspects of community life
Position Requirements:
- Current Australian Driver's Licence - P2 minimum (essential)
- Relevant DHS / NDIS checks and clearances in accordance with the role requirements (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
