Lead – NORPA show 2024

NORPA is seeking interest from people with experience in management of production and technical aspects towards the creation and presentation of a new NORPA show in 2024. If you think you have the experience or combination of experiences to meet this role’s requirements, we are keen to hear from you. 

The Role

This role heads up the production and technical team of NORPA’s new work creation and presentation. You will be responsible for allocating labour resources; creating and tracking production schedules; managing design and technical deliverables; and creating and managing production budgets. You will work closely with the production’s Producer, Director, Designers and Crew to realise the production; and be responsible for creating a safe environment for everyone to work in and for the general public. Availability

Project dates are July – October 2024 with creative meetings and further flexible hours from March – June 2024. You will be required to be onsite in Lismore for most of August and September 2024.  

We would also be interested to hear from people interested in similar roles for 2025 projects.
