In this newly created HR Project Specialist role, reporting into the CPO, your key accountabilities include:
- Developing a roadmap for transition and address potential risks/challenges through stakeholder engagement.
- Develop detailed plans for key activities like consultations and advice.
- Create executive briefing decks outlining issues, risks, and proposed approaches.
- Drive recruitment efforts and set implementation timelines.
- Emphasise hands-on analysis and execution.
- Monitoring and reviewing protocols to implement improved reviews and reporting processes.
- Leading project coordination and delivery activities.
- Engaging stakeholders across all levels to manage change and transition.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 2 years experience managing a end to end project, with a HR/People and Culture focus.
- Must have strong stakeholder consultation experience.
- Tertiary education and/or strong relevant experience in HR projects related to policy improvement and/or risk management.
- Proven experience within the public sector will be highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
