About the company

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PROJECT SUPERVISOR to join a rapidly growing organisation who services segments across civil, recycled concrete, footpaths and roadworks. The growth of the business is exponential with lots of exciting projects coming up. You will be managing a team and be responsible for ensuring that the processing of construction is managed according to strict operating project standards.

About the role

Reporting directly to the owner of the business and working with Operations, you will have autonomy in this role and be provided with a supportive team environment with training & development opportunities. Your success in this role will be determined by your attitude, work ethic & attention to detail skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Repsonsible for the coordination of tasks and projects
• Oversseing the supervision on-site
• Providing schedules for workers
• Adhereing to the higest of safety standards
• Organising equipment
• Good decision making in response to high pressure situations and more!

Skills & experience

• 5 + years in Project Supervisor role with industry experience is essential
• Ability to work with leadership & senior management as well as liaise with external contractors & suppliers
• Minimum 5 years' experience with road construction industry and knowledge of Road Reconstruction Machinery
