About the role
The Compliance Manager provides compliance leadership and expertise within the Risk division, and the business.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Compliance, you will embrace helping the business to deliver its value proposition for its customers, working hand in hand with the business stakeholders to find balanced compliance solutions.
About you
- Technical compliance proficiency with:
- 2+ years compliance experience within banking or financial services; and
- Tertiary qualifications in compliance, risk management, law, business, or other relevant discipline.
- Wants to do more than run of the mill compliance work and wants to work on a broad range of matters, and drive business success.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills that includes the ability to take a lead in driving compliance solutions.
- Ability to develop and cultivate strong business relationships.
- Communicate with influence and negotiate with skill and ability to articulate a position and gain stakeholder buy in.
- Well-developed analytical skills including the ability to gather, analyse, and evaluate facts, and prepare a succinct summary of findings.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and build relationships.
