A new and exciting opportunity for a Project Support Manager has become available within the National Finance & Administration Department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
The Project Support Manager will develop, maintain and train ALDI’s project execution capabilities via Centre of Excellence (CoE). Furthermore, the successful candidate will manage and drive standardisation across project management process set by the Project Management Office team to facilitate highly effective project execution.
What does the role look like?
Develop and maintain ALDI’s project execution standards and ensure consistency for optimal project delivery
Provide advice and recommend actions to support project leads in making decisions that drive successful project outcomes
Provide expertise and support the delivery of multiple transformation programs to ensure that projects are delivered on time, in scope and in budget

What we need from you?
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within a CoE in a Project Management Office
Experience and/or certification across multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, Prince) and practices
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field required (Project Management)
Proven experience building and implementing Project Management frameworks and standards
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to consult and influence diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive strategic outcomes
Advanced Excel & MS Office skills
This role reports to the Director - Project Management Office
