Project Support Officer
Government contract role
Start ASAP, for approx. 4 months
Hourly rate negotiable depending on experience

Our Government client is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and agile project support professional to assist the project team with day-to-day project tasks including but not limited to:

Writing reports, briefing notes, memos and other documentation
Writing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) documents
Creating training guides and support checklists
Meeting administration including scheduling and minute taking
Tracking of tasks in Microsoft Teams or other platforms
Document control and record keeping
Updating project reports for a diverse range of stakeholders
Supporting procurement activities by providing administration support

You will have the following skills or experience:
Demonstrated experience working in an administration role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience maintaining and updating project reports including status reports, memos, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams and correspondence
Willingness and ability to learn quickly
Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing priorities
Proven time management and organisational skills
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications including Word, Excel and Teams
Excellent collaboration skills, able to work with a variety of people across varied communication channels (in person and virtually)
Experience assisting with procurement processes would be desirable
