What you could be involved in:
- Creating Project Portfolio Management (PPM) artefacts in the company ERP software, including project budgets, project plans, project forecast, work breakdown structures and resource planning
- Facilitating end of period business processes as they relate to project management
- Assisting with customer invoicing, checking all project related timesheets and expenses, and raising purchase orders.
- Ensuring project documentation is stored appropriately
- Preparing, analysing and distributing project, financial and resource reports
- Liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
What we expect from you:
- Australian Citizen with an AGSVA security clearance (baseline minimum)
- Previous experience in a similar role within a project environment
- Experience with Microsoft Project (or similar), the MS Office Suite and PDF software
- Working knowledge of Professional Services Automation/an ERP system (Oracle desirable)
- Experience working with other project management tools, SharePoint and/or databases
- Strong financial acumen and financial reporting experience (desirable)
- Strong teamwork, prioritisation, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
