Remuneration of $89,707 to $98,982 plus super & leave loading

Your role
As a Project Support Officer, you will provide high quality administrative and project support to a wide range of stakeholders for the delivery of programs and initiatives of the School Leadership Institute.
You will:
Be a collaborative member of the School Leadership Institute team on all things related to business operations and project support
Contribute to the delivery of leadership development initiatives through the provision of effective administrative support and effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders
Coordinate professional learning conferences and meetings in a blended learning environment, including organising venues, online platforms and travel.
Monitor project schedules to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeframes
Strive to maintain accurate records using multiple records management platforms at the Department
Work on improving systems and processes to further enhance School Leadership Institute programs and initiatives
From understanding the School Leadership Institute’s plans through to the delivery of effective administrative support, you will navigate multiple platforms and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This is a role where adding value, building relationships and being the subject matter expert is key to success. You will join a great team who are extremely customer and results focused.

You will be collaborative, agile, and disciplined about delivering outcomes for the students of NSW
You will demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
You are excited by challenges and thrive working in an environment where you can manage competing priorities, problem solve and recommend innovative administrative solutions to all stakeholders that you think will make a difference
You are an experienced administration support officer with the skill and knowledge to provide administrative support to project leads, managers and senior managers
You have a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your team and stakeholders
You confidently use a range of technologies to identify the best administrative systems and processes to support the effective delivery of School Leadership Institute programs and can adapt easily to new processes and technologies.
