In this role you will utilise a broad range of computer software programs and information management systems and databases to provide high level support services to project managers and/or team members which enhance the timely and effective delivery of project/s, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies and procedures. This is a generic position, and the appointee may be required to participate in job rotation and multi-skilling.
Your role: To be successful in this role you will have solid experience with SAP, Primavera, 3PCM and Microsoft Office software including TEAMS or the ability to learn these skills quickly.Operating within a team of adept project and program controls professionals, you will be involved in various tasks, including interpreting and applying financial policies and procedures around the QTRIP program, undertaking roads infrastructure program/project reporting, providing administrative support to project managers and team members, and ensuring operational practices and performance align with departmental and regional guidelines.
Your responsibilities: - Administer and maintain a range of support activities associated with the QTRIP program, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.- Conduct roads infrastructure program/project reporting to facilitate accurate tracking and provide early warnings of deviations.- Ensure operational practices and service standards comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (including WH&S), and governance obligations.- Offer effective performance management and assistance to project administration staff, ensuring timely completion of tasks within specified deadlines.
