The Role
Wurundjeri Corporation's Narrap (Environmental) Unit has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Support Officer to join our busy team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Assistant Unit Manager, this position will be responsible for:
- Proving efficient administrative support
- Assisting with various project management tasks
- Responding to internal and external enquiries and requests
- Assist with operational logistics for Narrap Ranger Program
- Meeting coordination, agendas and minute taking
- Data entry, filing, reporting, scheduling
About You
The successful candidate will be highly efficient, well organised, customer focused and systematic in their approach. They will hold:
- Experience in a similar administrative/Project Support type of role
- Strong administrative skills including intermediate to advanced level MS suite
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and an excellent eye for detail
- An interest in Natural Resource Management is desirable
- Knowledge of Aboriginal cultures and/or experience working with Indigenous communities/organisations would be an advantage
