Form of work The Project Support Officer will support the delivery of the flood recovery program for Committees of Management and other crown land sites directly managed by our client, including a range of administration tasks to support the delivery of on ground projects in partnership with volunteer community groups and other stakeholders. The role will require skills in project administration, contract management and community engagement.
The successful candidate will:
Execute work tasks against plan; where plans are not defined, prioritises tasks in line with the urgency and impact of tasks
Utilise approved task management tools
Maintain accurate project records.
Be able to manage more than one project concurrently to meet time frames, identifies contingency plans.
Seek resolutions of problems through policy or process guidelines, otherwise seeks guidance by providing information and ideas relevant towards resolution of problem.
Understand concepts enabling improvement in critical thinking and problem solving.
