Project Support Officer - Operations Delivery Support

What is your new role about?
We are searching for a switched-on Project Support Officer to coordinate and provide general project support to the Engineering & Project Services team to enable the effective delivery of projects.

Your new role will include:

• Coordinate project meetings and governance activities including key meeting minutes and activities.
• Develop and maintain the document management environment for the Operational Delivery Support team.
• Booking and providing support to Project progress meetings, and project risk workshops, managing Project Registers and actions as required.
• Coordinate Operations Delivery Support project calendars.
• Prepare and review project support deliverables for compliance with Horizon Power's Project Management Methodology (PMM).

Our new Project Support Officer will have:

• A relevant qualification or equivalent business experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Project and PlanView.
• Strong understanding of regional electricity power function.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, build relationships and motivate teams of people.
