The Role
We are seeking an energetic part-timeService Administrator working 12 hours per week.
As the Service Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our preschool's daily operations based in Strathfield. Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient, accurate, and timely administrative support to the Centre Manager, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. But that's not all—you'll also play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility is absolutely vital for this role, as it spans a dynamic spectrum of skills and responsibilities. From juggling a multitude of administrative tasks to harnessing a variety of technologies, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the vibrant and efficient administration of your preschool. Your primary areas of focus are:
- General Administrative Duties
- Managing Administrative Systems
- Regulatory Compliance
- Promotion of our Christian Values and Purpose
- Work Health & Safety
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Highly developed clerical and administrative skills
- Experience with EFTPOS operation and online banking transactions
- Experience with QikKids Software and Story Park (desirable)
- A current Working with Children Check
