The METRONET Office is on the lookout for Project Support Officers to be a part of our dynamic team.
This role is a cornerstone of the governance and business support team, playing a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the METRONET Program by providing high level administrative, governance and organisational support.
The ideal candidate will enjoy the day to day processes of running a small but high-performing office including procurement, staff onboarding, diary management, note taking and other relevant tasks.
Your organisational and communication skills should be exemplary.
This is a pool recruitment process, and we aim to create a pool of candidates for future opportunities, with one (1) fixed term contract opportunity of up to two years, with the possibility of extension(s) and permanency.
We need someone who can:
- Demonstrate experience in a corporate/executive business and administration support environment.
- Liaise and relate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Be a productive member of the team and have a positive influence on the business.
Successful applicants will be required to hold or obtain a current National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
