- Supporting Your Employment candidates to gain employment through linking them to employment opportunities.
- Supporting Indigenous Business Connect events when required.
- Delivering and coordinating workshops and facilitating group discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting candidates on the job for up to three (3) months after employment.
- Provide high quality written work and advice including: reports, briefs and project plans.
- Support productive partnerships with government and non-government agencies to achieve quality service delivery outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
- Work productively and collaboratively as part of a team to support and drive community initiative especially focusing on Ipswich and Lockyer Valley region.
- Demonstrated knowledge of issues and opportunities relevant to local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Ability to provide culturally appropriate advice.
- Establish, maintain and support relationships/networks/partnerships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses and other stakeholders, including all levels of government, non-government organisations and the wider business community to enable them to share strategies and information on practical and effective ways to respond to issues.
- Other priorities as requested by the Regional Director and Regional Manager.

Open C Class Queensland Drivers licence is necessary for this role as there is a requirement to undertake travel.
