Your new role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our production team. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following:
- Assisting the team in the delivery of a range of projects/programs and initiatives to facilitate the timely delivery of objectives
- Providing a range of administrative activities, including coordinating working groups and committees, to support stakeholder engagement
- Generate reports and review data, provide assistance in quality control management
- Provide administrative assistance on diverse tasks as needed by the team.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external enquiries.
- Adapt quickly to changing scenarios
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and correspondence
- Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A commitment to the values and vision of the service
- High proficiency in office software and relevant tools.
