Your new role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Team Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our production team. The ideal candidate will fulfill the following:
 

• Assisting the team in the delivery of a range of projects/programs and initiatives to facilitate the timely delivery of objectives
• Providing a range of administrative activities, including coordinating working groups and committees, to support stakeholder engagement
• Generate reports and review data, provide assistance in quality control management 
• Provide administrative assistance on diverse tasks as needed by the team.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external enquiries.
• Adapt quickly to changing scenarios

What you'll need to succeed
 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and correspondence
   
• Strong organisational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
   
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
   
• A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
   
• A commitment to the values and vision of the service
   
• High proficiency in office software and relevant tools.
