Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management, and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works.

The role of Projects Coordinator will see you working in our clients office in the CBD on a Monday to Friday basis with some ad-hoc offshore travel required in the execution phase of the projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information in relation to offshore maintenance requirements
- Supervise minor projects execution teams offshore on an adhoc basis
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required.
- Development and coordination of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinating maintenance and projects activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of execution plans.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning to ensure offshore execution readiness
- Maintaining and developing a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP

- Previous experience in a similar Supervisor role managing a multidisciplined workforce, preferably in an oil and gas environment
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach
- A strong focus on delivery, working to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented approach
- Proof of right to work in Australia
