About You

•        Proven achievement in implementing change initiatives in a large and complex service industry organisation, this will also include relevant change management qualifications (eg. Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Project Management etc) or equivalent demonstrated experience with various change management methodologies.
•        Experience with stakeholder analysis, undertaking impact assessments and change readiness analysis with the capability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
•        Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills demonstrated ability to champion transformation across diverse stakeholder groups, expertise in improving the program understanding and objectives and leading the commitment change through collaborative approach.

Where You’ll Be Working

The SmartChain Change Implementation Lead will be based at Gosford Hospital, overseeing and driving change management activities to support the implementation of SmartChain solution/systems throughout the district.
