Position Overview:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join their dynamic team. The Project Admin will play a crucial role in supporting project managers and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proactively implementing solutions to mitigate issues.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Support the project team in adhering to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications:
