Essentials:
- CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ Years as a Public Practice Accountant in Australia
- Expertise in Xero
- Leadership experience
- Collaborative, client-centric, and team-oriented
- Curiosity and a desire to grow in a supportive environment
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium businesses
- Supported by an experienced offshore CPA
- Utilise high-tech tools: Xero, Karbon, Fathom
- Build and nurture client relationships year-round
- Provide compliance, support, advice, and strategy
- Mentor and lead colleagues in the Brisbane office
- Collaborate with Directors on client projects
