Liaise and work with owners and sales team to develop consolidate and deliver promotional plans, concepts, and material to downstream stakeholders.
Ensuring timely implementation of promotional programs.
Develop and liaise with external partners on in-store and online promotional programs.
Liaise with our acquisition and range managers to coordinate product introductions and ongoing promotions in store and online.
Participate in the promotional review processes and contribute to report development and assist in review presentations delivery.
Manage in store promotional assets.
Contribute to concept development and participate in brainstorming new promotional ideas.
Assist in the development and coordination of promotional events.
SIMPLE BUT IMPORTANT EXPECTATIONS OF NEW APPLICANTS.
Applicants must be;
Energetic, dynamic, and flexible.
A good communicator.
Capable of working with Graphic creative software when required.
Capable of understanding supporting website and social channel management.
Capable of working with and managing E-Commerce tools and processes.
Willing to be hands on with supporting store promotional requirements.
Formally qualified and/or experienced in up to date marketing techniques. Either way, solid work experience in the space would be highly desirable and most likely extremely useful.
Hold rights to work in Australia. The role is not eligible for sponsorships.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US.
We will offer a 3-year agreement with annual reviews with automatic salary increases with each successful annual review with automatic agreement renewal on the fourth year if both parties wish to renew.
Successful applicants will be offered an initial package for up to 6 months whilst under review after which the 3-year agreement will be offered.
Continued, on the job training and sponsored formal training where appropriate and when available.
