AddressProperty Acquisition Manager
We are looking for someone to join our growing Buyer’s Agency team located in Perth.
Resolve Property Solutions has been helping clients buy property in WA and was created and built to represent the buyers in a real estate transaction, we offer a unique approach to not only achieve success with our client's property journey but collaborative strategies, guidance and advice need to make an informed and educated decision.
Our goal is to deliver a holistic and proactive service to buyers, whether you are building your portfolio, taking that next investment step or finding your dream home.
We are across the inner suburbs of Perth and surrounding metropolitan suburbs.
Your tasks:
• Sourcing properties for purchase – both on and off-market
• Researching properties to identify suitable purchasing opportunities
• Liaising with the property buying team via our internal communication systems
• Contacting sales agents about upcoming properties for sale
• Liaising with council representatives, solicitors, building and pest inspectors and more to provide an accurate Due Diligence report
• Maintaining strong relationships with agents
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
