About the role – Property and Land Use Strategy Consultant
TSA Management has a strong business supporting clients in the design management, approvals management and delivery of buildings and infrastructure. Our clients are now seeking further support to better execute decisions about their property holdings, so they can sustainably plan for the future.
TSA is looking for someone to join our team who has a strong professional interest in the analysis and planning of property opportunities to support the realisation of client objectives, including through an ESG lens.

- Applying your strategic and analytical tools to address real-world problems.
- Developing clear, well written and easy to understand reports and presentations to assist our clients in understanding complex problems
- Contribute to assignments by ensuring that work products and services are client focused, clear, accurate and well presented.
- Qualifications in Land Use planning environmental engineering, or similar.
- 3-5 years’ experience, preferably with some experience in a consulting environment. A diversity of work experience is considered valuable.
- Experienced in supporting clients execute Land Use decisions through techniques such as:
- Feasibility testing.
- Working with specialists to develop options and/or
- Preparing development applications/reviews of environmental factors.
- Experience in spatial analytical tools such as GIS welcome.
- Good people person with a positive demeanor and can-do attitude that loves working in a dynamic team environment.
- Flexible and willing to work across multiple sectors.
