About the role:
Do you have a trade background or hold qualifications related to building and construction?
You will have experience in the building industry, have a sharp eye for detail, be diligent and accurate, with a professional work ethic. The role is largely autonomous, so time management skills and flexibility are required. We are flexible in your location as your home will be your base, with travel required as necessary. Previous inspecting experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting quality property assessment inspections against set assessment criteria
* Utilisation of an iPad to scope using customised software
* Identify and report on defects or safety concerns
* Schedule and book inspections with residents

About You:
* Drivers Licence
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the housing industry
* Trade qualified (Contractors Licence) OR
* Hold a current NSW Builders Licence OR
* Licensed to carry out ‘Pre Purchase’ residential building inspections OR
* Hold one of the following qualifications or equivalent: Associate Diploma Applied Science (Building), Cert Building Foreman and Clerk of Works, Diploma in Building Studies, Cert IV Residential Construction, Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building, or Building Surveying.
This role requires a medical check to be undertaken.
