The Role:
In this full-time role you will have an interest in the financial or Property Investment landscapes and be passionate about helping people reach their next stage. You will be involved in the entire process from lead generation, nurturing the client relationship, to strategy meetings and assisting our clients reach their goals.
You will be the primary point of contact for prospective investors & home buyers. Your primary task will be to qualify potential customers and to engage in an information session and nurture the customer relationship.
Reporting to the Head of Advisory you will be fully trained and supported to give you every opportunity of securing an incredibly lucrative and rewarding career. You will be rewarded for efforts with a robust base and strong commission structure and incentives.
Role Responsibilities
- Qualifying cold, warm and hot leads
- Work Closely with others to create new opportunities.
- Building and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Assisting in promotional and marketing endeavours.
- Processing leads through CRM.
- Meet and Exceed sales target.
- Manage negotiations with the sales team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Successfully create business from new customer data.

Requirements:

- Strong understanding of the property market and investment opportunities

- Real Estate Licence
- CRM Knowledge – We use Salesforce.
- Ability to meet clients in home and in office when required
- Minimum 3+ years in a Property Investment Advisor role or similar
Previous experience in finance sale, real estate, and financial planning highly desired.
