About the Role
Our HR Advisor will provide direction and input around all people and organisational matters and work within the business to translate business need into people requirements, ensuring people plans are set out and actions delivered.
In this stand-alone Talent and HR Partner role, you'll have oversight of all People-related issues for the team. You'll design and deliver our learning content, particularly focused at management level and will lead the recruitment process across all open roles.
Core responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment - Work closely with our hiring teams to understand their priorities, help them design and execute a successful hiring process and attract a diverse set of candidates.
- Design and facilitate people focused workshops and events, particularly manager training. Partnering with the UK L&D team where appropriate
- Focus on delivering an outstanding service to ensure we recruit the very best people possible.
- Supporting with the translation and delivery of the People team strategy & objectives to align with the business unit's operational strategy.
- Drive the definition and delivery of an effective People Plan including all key elements of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, talent management, succession planning and leadership development)
- Provide support to the Senior Leadership team to deliver key projects
- Ownership of key People processes e.g., Recruitment, performance management, talent management & succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, organisational change and structural changes.
- Lead on the sourcing and recruiting of candidates across the business.
- Lead on ER cases where necessary
- Contribute to the development and implementation of career paths, salary bandings and remuneration frameworks based on business and market knowledge.
- Tracking and analysing key people data and metrics (Engagement survey, feedback, HR metrics) to identify trends that need addressing and where applicable support the implementation of further initiatives and actions
- Coach People Leaders when required.
