The Opportunity:

Buyfair Property Group seeks a high-level and experienced individual to help build our business in a competitive marketplace. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to sell a suite of innovative property solutions in the new home space, including end-to-end Government-funded properties and high-income properties exclusively offered by Buyfair. The Role:

As a Property Investment Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our mission to support investors on their journey to financial freedom. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Relationship Building: Establishing strong and authentic relationships with clients and understanding their unique investment goals and aspirations.

2. Education and Guidance: Leveraging our educational platforms, such as The Investor Centre, the Property Now Podcast, online webinars, books, blogs, social pages, and YouTube channels to provide clients with valuable knowledge and guidance.

3. Sales and Acquisition: Identifying suitable investment opportunities for clients and assisting them throughout the property acquisition process.

4. Build a personal brand: Leverage your existing network and expand your reach to share your expertise and insights.

5. Business Development and Administration Support: Collaborating with our dedicated team to drive business growth and ensure seamless administrative operations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses:

1. Industry Experience: Someone with specialist investment experience who can hit the ground running and take advantage of our qualified lead sources to convert opportunities into sales. 

2. Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, showing initiative and a proactive approach to achieving targets. This may include reasonable time that is allocated to after-hour appointments and onsite meetings with clients. 

3. Passion for Property Investment: An enthusiasm for the property market and a genuine desire to help mum and dad investors achieve their financial goals.

4. Tech-Savviness: A willingness to embrace technology and leverage it to enhance client experiences and drive operational efficiency.

5. Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively with our team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
