We are a boutique Investment Advisory and wealth management firm based in Melbourne and regional office in Vietnam. Our founding team have decades of experience in Investment Advisory and wealth management at global firms and we are actively seeking an Investment Advisor for our Melbourne team. As an Investment Advisor, you will take on a vital role in acquiring and servicing clients, contributing to driving growth and fostering enduring relationships. Successful candidate must have fluency in both English and Vietnamese.

In this position, you will lead sales activities, collaborating closely with the client services and management team.
Your key responsibilities (90% of time and efforts)
1. Identifying and cultivating new clients through your own networks and marketing plans and through the firm’s existing referral networks and clients/leads
2. Raise investment capital for suitable products
3. Increase the firm’s funds under advice
4. Building and nurturing relationships with wealth clients
5. Assist in responding to enquiries of your designated clients
6. Review and negotiate contracts with potential clients
7. Represent our brand in a professional manner with new and existing clients.
Additional responsibilities (10% of time and efforts)
8. Support senior management in organising marketing events (both online and in-person seminars)
9. Support social media and digital marketing campaigns
What you need to have/possess
• We are seeking a team player with a demonstrated track record in sales (preferably directly related to the High Net Worth (HNW) market) with at least 3 years’ experience in the Funds Management/Financial/Property/Professional Services Industry, in a sales / distribution role.
• Strong experience in identifying, pursuing and creating sales opportunities, as well as developing long-term sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, marketing or a related field. Understanding of investment products, financial markets a plus.
• Self-motivated, with ability to work independently and willingness to travel as needed
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
