About You
As a Property Investment Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in steering our clients towards making informed investment decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying potential sales opportunities, advising clients on the current property market, and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to the closing of deals. You will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding our client base through your extensive knowledge of the property market, exceptional interpersonal skills, and unwavering commitment to service excellence.
Requirements
Proven experience in property sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the property market and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse clientele.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
Current real estate agent license or willingness to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
