Summit Realty South West is seeking a Property Manager to join our team!
The core role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building strong relationships with owners
- Currency of Management Authorities/New Management Authorities
- Preparation/Completion of Leases/Renewals & Variations
- Vacancy Management
- Property Maintenance
- Viewings /Application Processing and
- Arrears Management
- Work with a Property Management Assistant
Skills and Experience
- Current WA Registration in Sales or Property Management
- At least 2 years of Property Management experience
- Experience using PROPERTY TREE or similar databases
- WA Drivers Licence
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High level of communication skills
The successful candidate must be able to multi-task and prioritise workloads, be confident liaising with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
