About The Role
This fully serviced law firm on the Gold Coast has an incredible variety of work in Property Law and will tailor your role in the area that interests you most.
Working closely with senior Partners who are approachable, flexible, and supportive of team members having autonomy and ownership of files, you will be a key team member in a well-respected property practice.
Here, you will have the opportunity to work with key clients on significant property and development projects. The client base is diverse, and you will enjoy direct contact with clients and the opportunity to provide guidance to more junior members of the team too.
About You
You are a recent Law Graduate with some experience in Property Law already or you will be a qualified Lawyer with PAE in property and/or commercial/retail leasing. You have an eye for the details, take pride in your work and have an excellent client presence.
Your experience includes a mix of:
- Working knowledge of property laws, regulations, and best practices
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to navigate complex legal issues
- Strong communication abilities to effectively negotiate our clients interests
- Detailed focused and exceptional organisational skills to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build rapport and a client-centric focus.
Please note, if you have more than 2 Years' experience in Property, the firm will still want to hear from you!
