Property Lawyer - Associate

Exciting opportunity for an associate Property Lawyer to join a well-established, award winning law firm!Are you a skilled Property Lawyer seeking a rewarding career opportunity? We are seeking a strong Property Lawyer with 3-5 years post admission experience looking to join a very reputable and experienced property and development team in the heart of the Brisbane CBD.The team's focus lies with transactions in significant property assets, including due diligence, commercial leasing and various land use agreements, acquisition, structuring, planning, construction and sale of 'off the plan' developments for commercial and residential developments.YOU WILL:

• Strong property experience including commercial conveyancing and leasing
• Strong PEXA experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Committed and intelligent approach to work
• A high level of attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 + years post-admission experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience in commercial, conveyancing and leasing
• Strong PEXA experience
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
