This practice group works on complex and unusual matters including infrastructure, commercial, property projects and industrial real estate transactions. This busy team integrates with other practice groups in their Brisbane office as well as within their national property team.
About the role:
This role works closely with two Partners, both of whom are approachable and highly regarded. Day to day you will be:
- advising on a range of significant property projects including renewables, large scale mixed-use and highrise developments for major developers;
- assisting on property elements of large scale pipeline infrastructure, energy, LNG and government projects;
- exposure not just to Queensland matters but work across Australia.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- between 2-4 years PAE in property law;
- solid experience working across a range of property related transactions;
- experience ideally in deals similar to those listed above;
- strong drafting skills and an ability to think across a project; and
- have excellent client and team building skills for your level.
