The company: Our client is a leading international top-tier law firm with a first-class reputation, representing clients across a wide variety of retail, commercial and industrial real estate matters. This busy team has a collective approach within their team, as well as engaging with other practice groups and within their national property team.
About the role: Working closely with two Partners (both of whom are approachable and highly regarded), this role is a key senior solicitor or Senior Associate opportunity in a small but highly effective property practice. Day to day you will:

• advise on a range of significant property projects, from mixed use and retail through to industrial property projects;
• assisting on the property elements of large scale infrastructure, energy, rail, mining and government projects;
• exposure not just to Queensland matters but work across Australia as this is a genuine national practice group.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will have:

• between 4-8 years PAE in property law;
• solid experience working across a range of property related transactions. Experience in deals similar to those listed above will be highly regarded;
• strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box; and
• have excellent client and team building skills for your level.
