Property Maintenance Manager

The Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Maintenance Manager to lead our team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate will oversee various services including general gardening, lawn care, whipper snippering, landscaping, and general home maintenance. This role requires a hands-on leader who is committed to delivering high-quality services, optimizing team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, manage, and schedule a team of maintenance professionals. Provide ongoing training, support, and supervision to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency.
• Service Execution: Oversee and participate in a variety of services including but not limited to general gardening, lawn maintenance, landscaping projects, and home repairs.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure work is completed to the highest standards. Address any issues promptly and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Ensure their requirements are understood and met, and build strong, lasting relationships through excellent service delivery.
• Operational Management: Plan and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Budgeting and Reporting: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and provide regular reports on team performance, project progress, and financial metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance, landscaping, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and home maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
