21st February, 2024 Part time assistant roles are next to impossible to find - but here we are, we have one for you! This will be to support the Property Management team with things such as; Organising repairs and maintenance Completion of ingoing and outgoing condition reports Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews Follow up from opens Managing bonds and claims Mondays, Wednesdays and one other week day required. Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm. Salary will be dependant on experience $60 - $70,000 Super pro rata Skills and experience required The ideal candidate to be considered for this exciting opportunity will firstly need to possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, be well presented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and have strong organisational skills; Minimum 1 experience in Property Management (from Assistant level up) Agents Rep/Certificate IV in Property Be self-motivated, efficient, organised Dependable, honest & trustworthy Ability to manage your time Excellent written & verbal communication skills A positive can-do attitude Must own a reliable car & hold a current driver’s licence If you like what you’ve read, and are ticking most of the boxes above, we would love to talk with you!
